Great article that's definitely worth a read. I appreciate the amount of work it took to compile all of the info, and I think it's great that the original posts are referenced as well.

I have had the older pot newer holder situation and had not idea why that dang thing was so hard to move.  Thanks for the explanation.

I agree with the others.  Great job PBE.  I also never knew that about the ash-pots being slightly different.
Interested in ANY offset handle SJs you may have.
