Spicy Grilled Egg Burgers
« on: January 25, 2014, 04:24:53 PM »
Whipped up some burgers tonight and felt like using my new griddle with the weber grate system.

I like 80/20 chuck for making burger patties.

The seasoning I use in the patties.  I use the Tone's restaurant pepper in the patty and then crust the outside in the coarse grind black pepper.

The burgers, plus a treat for the dog.   ;D

Sharp cheddar, eggs, and kaiser rolls.

I love my SS performer.

Eggs are looking good.

Miniburger for the pup.

HAVE to add some fresh pico de gallo to kick it up a notch.

Thanks for looking!

Damn, that does look good.  I literally just finished dinner, but I want a bite.  lol
I'm not a yolk fan, but the egg looks like a great addition.  Might have to give that a whirl.
I've always had gas...  And now a bunch of kettles because of this place.  Thanks!

Awesome cook! I love egg on dishes. Each patty is approx half a pound?

Yep, these were just under .5 lb each.  80/20 chuck shrinks quite a bit, but I think it makes a good burger.
