Everything looks fantastic! I don't even know where to begin in! All I can say is I am going to buy another turkey and copy some of the great ideas I have seen here. Then I am going to try and fool that turkey hash recipe out of Brian for the leftovers. I'll post the results here. :)

This was my setup

Kettle cooking the bird, Kamado baking the side dishes.


Had a very small 10lbs bird this year.


Bird in the Kettle.
