Small butt on the DD Performer SS.

A1 Bold dry rub. Nice little bite.

Apple pie was in the redhead. 3/4 chimney and two baskets. Baked indirect 1 1/2 hours at about 425 average. Blades on bottom and vent on top wide open. Covered w/ foil last half hour to stop the browning.

Home made crust (spelled Pillsbury). Granny Smith apples from my tree. Butter and sugar.
