Bourbon Spiced Pork with Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Apples
« on: September 09, 2012, 04:57:38 PM »
I trimmed a cpl pork tenderloins and, after brushing with some oil, rubbed them with one of those packages of seasoning and brown sugar mixture.  I placed them in a dutch oven, and surrounds then with some sweet potatoes cubes and apples cored and halved.  The sweet potatoes and apples were tossed in a bit of orange juice and some of the rub.  It was done in a matter of about 45 minutes or so.  MMM MMM Good!

Do you put the lid on the kettle when the dutch oven is closed up?
