Stuffz Burger and ABT's

So I got my Stuffz burger press and my jalapeno correr in last weeks delivery and was dying to try them out.

Sorry, didn't take any pics of the prep or cooking (just wantede to get it done), but did get a couple of quick shots of the end product.

Stuffed the burgers with diced bacon, shredded tasty cheese, and sliced mushrooms.
Smoked the ABTs (first time doing them whole) over coconut charcoal and cherry chunks, sprinkeld them with the Plowboys Yardbird rub too.







Not as impresive as everyone elses cooks but damn It was a fantastic burger!
Can't wait to do it again (a bit rarer next time).

My only regret is that I didn't get it earlier. I think we may be having a lot of burgers. Looking forward to trying different fillings as well as different types of mince and different rubs, etc. in/on the meat.

Get one.
