Anyone get their 22" WSM up to 350F consistently? I'm thinking of using lump to make it easier to get that high. Any tips?

more lit = higher temp
start with a full chimney of lit. dump it in the ring. add another chimney of unlit.
let it sit wide open (no middle section) for 15 minutes.
add the middle and top and you should have a solid 350+ for a couple hours.
