Beef stir fry
« on: June 29, 2012, 10:39:14 AM »
I made this last night on the 18 inch weber wok. I cut up some sirloin and used some asian style veggies on the beach kettle. I used sirloin, but I think next time I am going to use flank. It was a nice change from the regulars.

Not sure why  it took me four hours to load these pictures, but I think it's a new record.  :-\

Thanks John,

I did season it before I used it to create wok hei. This is only the second time I have used it and my wife over washed all of the seaoning off. ::)

Email I received from KK......[quote: Kevin Kruger] "Larry, tell Duke he should only use exotic fresh organic vegetables......frozen ones are not up to my standard"  [Larry Wolfe: replied] "Blow me Kevin, go make 14,000 more post of meaningless jibberish"
