Duck nuggets that is..

Marinated with jalapenos, serranos and water chestnuts and wrapped with a small piece of hog meat....

Those have gotta be the best 'duck nuggets' I've ever seen!

Nice that you got the bacon done, while not overcooking the duck! Excellent!!

Never had duck before. Is it the picture oris it just that dark color ?
