Smoke Prime Rib with Chef Jimmy J’s Au Jus

Onion, Carrots, Celery, Garlic, Baby Portabella Mushrooms all cut up and ready to become ChefJimmy’s Au Jus.

Baby Portabella Mushrooms are not listed in ChefJimmy’s Au Jus, but I love mushrooms, and think they work great in the Au Jus.
 
 
 
Veggie in place.
 



 
After a hour added the beef broth the the pan of veggies
 
 
 
 
A little something to snack on, bacon wrapped scallops
 
 
 

Heaven.
 
 
 
 
130 IT ready for wrap and rest
 

 
 
Veggies and broth ready to become Au Jus.
 
 
 
Ready tobe sliced
