Those brats look great. Did pork chops and sweet potatoes on my 26er last night. Going to rotisserie a chicken tonight.

They look delicious.  What's on top besides onions?

Thanks!  Chops and sweet potatoes are some of our favorites.  Would love to see pics of the spinning chicken!

Thanks!  Brats were dressed with beer onions from the cook, sauerkraut and Mike's Amazing Spicy Brown Mustard.  The mustard is pretty thick and comes out of the squeeze bottle looking like something not too appetizing and really needed to be spread around a bit.  Tasty stuff though.
