Picked up my first kettle 2 years ago, a metal table performer. Made plenty of ribs and brisket since then, along with some amazing pizza. Just grabbed a Sequoia today so I had to join!

I use the Windows Snipping Tool on my Windows computer to create .png files. Those are smaller and can be uploaded directly through this forum. I also use the Tapatalk app on my phone.
