Broke in the red and blue this weekend

After some light refurb I decided to these 2 are going to be used, nice to interact with em!

Enjoyed the kebabs so much on blue that I've invested in a rotisserie coming tomorrow.

Now... I have a spare handle thermometer... do I fit to blue, or maybe just a standard lid thermometer....
