Sunday Night Smashburgers
« on: July 02, 2023, 06:45:07 PM »
Happy Sunday all.

We did up some smash burgers tonight on the red and all left the table full and satisfied! Sautéing the onion and garlic before searing really adds an extra layer of flavor to the burgers.

I used a small amount of beef broth seasoned with some Blues Hog, garlic and onion powder as a marinade of sorts that was mixed in with the ground beef. After forming into large meatballs they all got a health coating of the Kinders Hickory Molasses prior to getting smashed and seared into the garlic onion oil. Super tasty!

Hope all the Canadians had a great Canada Day yesterday and Happy July 4th to everyone gearing up to celebrate in a couple days down south!

Cheers,

Matt
