Rotisserie Prime Rib on the 1975 Weber Gourmet Kettle
« on: March 27, 2023, 05:30:23 AM »
Rubbed this beauty with avocado oil and seasoned with Cosmo's Q SPG.  On to the yellow Weber kettle using a rotisserie and it came out fantastic.  Basted with a concoction of Irish butter, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, fresh thyme and fresh rosemary.  Green beans and Kellee's roasted boursin cauliflower rounded out the meal.  Slow n Sear setup with Drip n Griddle worked perfectly in conjunction with the Meater probe.

Now that’s a fancy meal. Looked like a fun cook. My wife makes similar cauliflower mash. It’s always a treat.
