First time using Kettle Pizza oven I bought off here 4/2021

Last night we made 5 pies - it was great. Family loved it.

Nice to have yet another reason to use the kettle!

We bought dough from a local pizza place and it worked out great/grate

My father quickly saw they have heat detectors for the top now. Thinking for furnishing one up. Assuming that mod/attachment really helps get the top of the pies cooked.

Looks great!  I've got the top deflector - it's a SS 1/4" disk, SNS plancha will also work.
