Chops and carrots
« on: January 17, 2023, 04:42:14 AM »
Just using up some stuff I had on hand. I skinned them carrots and rough chopped the peppers and tossed in oil and brock lesnars seasoning and added a half a stick of butter and cooked on the genesis.  I’ve never really done carrots like that and can’t say I love cooked carrots but we all agreed that these were awesome.

Looks really good!  I'm not a carrot guy really, but I'd definitely try those.  Love cooking with CI.

I like the carrot idea !
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
