Strange ring on bowl of this 22". Is this a Weber?
Happiness is found under the lid of a charcoal grill.

Looks like a Kenmore or Montgomery Wards kettle.  They did not have grate straps.  That crimped area on the bowl is what the cooking grate rested on.
