Friday Night Pizza on the 26'er

The XC and I made a couple of pizzas ths evening.

The toppings....and an Ironfire Synner Pale Ale


On the 26'er...I had to overlap my stones a touch, but it worked out OK.


Ready to eat... on the left is My Lovely Brides favorite, BBQ Chicken w/ Mozzarella & asiago, spicy bbq sauce, red onions and cilantro. On the left is a prosciutto pizza with parmesano reggiano and cacio de Roma, truffle oil, fresh garlic and arugula.
