Hey boys glad to be here.  Ive been cooking on Weber kettle grills off and on for most of my life (34 years).  Recently cooked my first prime rib on the Weber came out great and my family loved it.  My family is now asking me to cook the prime rib for x-mas dinner we usually do an 18 pounder which is making me kinda nervous.  Do you guys think its possible to do this on the 22" kettle?

Welcome from Huntsville, AL!  Rib roast looks great.  I've never cooked an 18 pounder, but I'm thinking you could.  Maybe consider rotisserie?

Welcome from Doraville, GA I think an 18 pounder may fit
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Probably will fit with baskets on each side.  Guessing it will be tight.  I fit a 15 pound brisket on a 22 once.
