Hello all, quick introduction. I first fell in love with BBQ’ing in 2016 with a Charbroil Kamado. Needless to say, I didn’t know what the hell I was doing at the time. Fast forward a year later and I trashed my moldy char-broil kamado and landed a Weber performer for $100 from a woman who broke up with her boyfriend. That’s when I fell in love with Weber…and I started to get more skilled in grilling/smoking. Now I have 4 Weber grills and 2 WSMs. Still waiting to bag a 22” WSM to round out the collection.
So I joined this forum to chat and often get ideas to mod my Webers so I can take it to the next level. I look forward to sharing my love for the Weber brand and learning from y’all. Happy to be here
