Saw this on FB today....  Looks like Canada from the comments.  Man these are gorgeous!

Why is the blue one in the back row up on blocks ?  Must be a rough neighborhood.

Well the green isn't as dark/olive as I had hoped, but that confirms that three of those will be happening; blue, green and yellow.

Maybe just the picture - but the blue sure looks glen-bluish...

They are gorgeous - but the green looks a lot brighter and darker than the pictures I've been seeing on Weber's
website - which look more mint-y or sage-y to me.  In my case, I hope the actual color is more like what they have on the site.  :D

Things got a bit busy today but I was able to snap a few teasers...

The faux wood handles were a concern for me before I got to see it in person but honestly they look really good and even have a textured grain so they feel legit. I love the green! In person its not as spring green as it looks in the picture, its leaning closer to a Cado'

Hope to get some more tomorrow

Couple other quick notes:

- The porcelain appears to be significantly better than the Red LE fiasco. You can tell they paid special attention to the leg socket areas (at least on the 3 I've opened) as they looked very polished in comparison.
- The triangle pan looks nice but it will be interesting to see how they hold up after a few seasons outside. There is still a full triangle hidden under that the pan is fastened to.
- Metal sign is decent but a bit thin. Slightly larger than a standard license plate. Bottle opener on the other hand is pretty solid and I want one lol
- The top handle metal strap assembly (part the handle screws onto) seems stronger and better quality. There are also tiny rubber washers/gaskets on the bottom side to protect the porcelain a bit.
- No push caps to hold on the wheels, uses a cotter pin through a tiny hole in the triangle wheel post.

That's about all I can remember for now. They look fantastic in person!

I was so excited about the yellow and blue for sure, but these pictures have me loving the green!

The 70th Anniversary Kettles are now up and priced at Weber.com under charcoal grills. 439 dollars a pop. Can't wait to see what they look like in person.

Man I know I'm gonna regret not getting one. I think I should just get one haha

Love the colors - but I really can't fathom why these are price $140 more than the Mastertouch - for an aluminum tray, sign and bottle opener?  I think a $50 premium would be more in-line for what you're getting.  The Glen-Blue 26 was $399 less than two years ago - sure, covid, supply-chain, inflation, etc. means the Glen-blue would probably be closer to $499 in todays dollars.  I'm sure the yellow will sell like crazy since it's been a long time since that color was available.

I agree as in sa. The price tag is the sticking point for me. I do really want the yellow. But....... Idk it's a tough decision. It would be surplus for sure. But I like surplus

I agree on the price - Anniversary Edition = $$$. I also really like the yellow, but . . . really neat look, but is it worth the bucks? Probably will regret it later not getting one when they are available.

For the price of 5 of these I could get a brand new Weber Summit Kamado with the table.   Hmmmm.

When you put it like that - if I only bought 3 I'd actually be saving money.   ;D
