Ribeyes, Mac n cheese, and Buffalo chicken dip. Oh yeah and shrimp.

Approx. 14 days cured. 2days in fridge uncovered, after rinsed off and patted dry. The on the SF EX6 for about an hour and a half on smokeboost, then around 200, until internal reached 150. Tastes really good.
