Peaches and Pork
« on: August 25, 2021, 04:37:02 AM »
My neighbor has peach trees and graciously gave me a bag. Whipped up some jam, 1 plain and 3 with bourbon and chipotles. Coincidentally I had a new rub to try. Pork Barrel from Costco. Then, almost as if the stars and planets were aligning just for me Meijer had twin packs of natural pork tenderloins on sale. I'm sure you know what happened next.  :)

A star fell into your grill, popped open, and wala, out popped something from another world! Looks out of this world good. I’m interested in peach chipotle booze jam/jelly.

You had me at peaches.  Try to get some peach wood from your neighbor if he ever takes a few limbs from the trees.  Peach wood is #1 in my book on the Kettle.
Looking for: Red MBH 26"(The Aristocrat), Chestnut-coppertone (The Estate), Glen-blue (The Imperial), and The Plainsman.
