Great looking ribs! I really like using my 22” wsm for ribs.

If you’d like to save yourself some time on clean up. I’d recommend using 18” wide heavy duty aluminum foil to line the water pan.

Use four sheets about 30”-32” long to cover pan. First two sheets are overlapped and crimped. The  other two are overlapped & crimp perpendicular to the first two sheets. Form foil into bowl and add water. This has worked well for me, with very little leakage.

I use sand in the water pan. Sand is added and covered with four sheets of foil.

Thanks for sharing and welcome to the WKC!

Very nice.  What rubs and sauce did you use?  I smoke ribs on my 18" kettle and love the results I get...I never wrap.
