Hi all - been a huge weber fan for years but more recently was able to acquire an 18" WSM and 22" Weber master touch.  I'm excited to learn and share techniques and recipes!  I've recently successfully smoked my first prime brisket, 3 racks of pork ribs (cherry + post oak), smoked chicken and will attempt pizza tonight with the Kettle Pizza serious eats edition.
