I missed WSM Smoke Day on Saturday but today is the day I fire up the Kettle for a brisket flat.

Looks good, unfortunately I am stuck at work LOL
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

No grilling or smoking today. I will make tri-tip sandwiches for dinner this evening with leftovers from yesterday.

Good luck with the brisket flat today!

Being a bit older our appetites have dwindled so we do smaller cooks now. One of out kicks is bacon-wrapped fillet Mignon drizzled with Worcestershire sauce & bacon-wrapped. 6~7 minutes a side (depending on preference for how well done you like it) but no less so the bacon bastes & crisps. Use wet toothpicks if the bacon unwraps.
