I did my best to copy the dude from meat church. No grilling involved. It is super good though. Two hours in pickle juice. Double dip, flour-egg/buttermilk-flour. Oil at 300, for about 6-8 minutes. Everyone is freaking out. Saying it's better than chick-fil-a, and even a few say better than Popeyes...

Looks dang good!
I brine wild turkey breast in dill pickle juice for a few hours, egg wash, flour and buttermilk. Breast are then deep fry @350F.

I set it for 350, kind of hard to set with the stove only having numbers. Used a meat probe to check oil temp. I started putting chicken in at 300. I did most of them for 8 minutes, turning over gently at 4. They turned out really good. I was surprised.

Now that is a good looking chicken sandwich, it does look Popeyes for sure.
