Hi from Ontario Canada
« on: April 13, 2021, 09:53:59 AM »
Hi,

I'm an avid outdoor cook!  Love to cook on my Napoleon PP665 gasser, Camp Chef FTG600 and Akorn Kamado.

Picked up a LE Kettle last year and got hooked to the beauty and cooks on a Kettle.  I have since picked up a 1973/4 Brownie and a Gen1 SS Performer.  The Performer is in great shape but the Brownie needs a bit of rehab.  It needs new wood lid handle, 1 new wheel and cap and deep cleaning.  Going to be a fun project this spring!

Hoping to learn alot from all of you about restoration, must have gadgets, and cooks!

Ben

Hello @boss_bronco

Welcome to the WKC. You’ll meet some grate folks here.

Responding to you live from Toronto, Ontario (out here in Whitby)!

Go Leafs! Go!

Also as a fellow southern Ontarian I hope you are a Buffalo Bills fan as well (your user name makes me think otherwise).

Welcome from Huntsville, Alabama!  Congrats on the brownie and the Genesis.... It's very rewarding to restore an oldie, but can become very addictive!  Have fun - that's what it's all about.
