This might be my favorite restore I’ve seen on the site. Absolutely gorgeous

As I worked on this project, I always thought a cado would look best in the cart… Since ‘completing’ it, I have been on a quest to obtain a tabbed cado and some of the original hardware that didn’t come with mine (I.e., towel rings, lid holder) and a set of 8” metal wheels to complete the look I was going for.

A few weeks ago, I was searching Facebook and stumbled across this post… I couldn’t believe what I had found, and thanks to an incredible grillfella/agent, I was able to acquire one of my grails. Thank you so much for your help Sidney!!! I will treasure this grill forever!

I’m in the process of restoring the metal wheels and I have to rework some of the wood to get it to ‘factory standards’. I was also able to acquire all of the hardware to make it complete. I will post some pictures when I finally finish. As of right now it’s my daughters new favorite grill, she has named ‘her’ Emerald.

Beautiful, TJ.  I agree with you on the cado.   Definitely looks good in that cart.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
