Is this a red bowl painted with white stripes or a white bowl with red stripes? Ahhhhh my brain is melting!!!! Happy 4th everybody!

Does anyone know of a white heat resistant tape that I could use on the red OTS bottom that I have?  Or that I could cut out stars for a blue top?

Maybe I should Google "white heat resistant tape"?  Sounds like a plan  :)
