What’s on the SB menu
« on: February 07, 2021, 07:21:36 AM »
What’s everyone cooking for the big game today ? Broke out 26 and Sns with the How To Bbq Right edition drum . Doing smoked queso , smoked sausage and cheese board , and wings today. Doing vortex wings on the 26 along with smoked wings on the drum. Just loaded the queso on the drum and the sausage on the 26.

Lookin good!  I bought a couple turkeys after Christmas for cheap and put in the freezer.  Sat one 12lb out to thaw on Monday forgetting that SB was this weekend.  Soooo we’re having rotisserie turkey.  Wife loves the drumsticks and I like the crispy wings.  Not exactly a normal SB grub but I’m sure it will be good.  Breast will save for lunch this coming week. Probably throw together a queso and guacamole as wel

Queso is done and cheese board is made. Used Malcom’s new chili seasoning to make a chili cheese queso dip. About to dry brine the wings for later this evening

Oh man! That spread looks awesome.

All I have rolling today are grilled Italian meatballs for some sliders later. It's 8° here, I have never grilled that cold before, took a lot of charcoal to hit 360°!

It’s a chilly 71 here in San Antonio.   Just put the little 12lb turkey on the rotisserie.  Should be done right about kickoff.

it’s really good. The cream of mushroom soup makes it really creamy.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Looking good all!  @JEBIV possibly the first I’ve seen of your Glen Blue.  Very nice..... sadly, no grilling here, on call Comcast Engineering guy at the ready.  We did have my wife’s amazing nachos.[emoji6]
