Smokestack by Watchman Stove Co.
« on: January 16, 2021, 02:40:53 PM »
Well I got to say, I am intrigued. The entity that I work for had a Watchman Stove displayed. That was a solid looking machine with great welds (I love a solid weld).

I decided to take a look at their website and lo and behold, they make an accessory for our beloved Weber... The Smokestack.

Certainly an interesting unit. Looks like a stick burner conversion kit.

Not in the position to pull the trigger today but it might be in my future

Very cool. I’ve always been intrigued by the watchman stove as well.

Definitely looks like a stick burner stack, especially if it's positioned low on the fire ring. Neat accessory

Interesting, but I'm not sure I'm liking the price.

Maybe I'm missing something? (very possible)
but isn't this simple ducting re-purposed?

They have a number of videos up for the stove. I’m really hoping they post a video of the Smokestack in action.
