Recipe from Weber's Greatest Hits.  Family loved it.  Recommended.

Its a little different method than how I usually cook chicken.  But, it worked really well.  I kept the fire pretty low for direct, than opened it up for indirect.  I have been using lump lately and am finding it easier to manipulate the fire than with briquettes. IDK why that is.  But it is.

That’s my experience with lump also. Cooking chicken direct at least partially is the only way I do it so this is right up my alley.
