Was doing some bbq pit boys checking out and decided to try to do one of their chili recipes. 3 medium onions, 1 red bell pepper, 3 jalapeños, 1 lbs pork sausage, 2 polish sausages, 4 12oz jars of chili sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp habenero hot sauce, 2 tsp black pepper. Finishing it off on the SmokeFire.
