Nice looking cook, you must have some hungry kids.

I bet the drippings in the bottom of the kettle were a mess to cleanup without a drip pan.

Game hens are a favorite at our house.  Lately I have been saving pickle juice to brine them before hitting with herbs and roasting in the pellet grill.  You can't taste the pickle flavor but boy are they tender.

Yours sure look good on that rotisserie.  I have been resisting buying a rotisserie for the kettle grill and the photos aren't helping.
