Havent posted in a few days. Took some time off for the holiday but I want to see what everyone did for Thanksgiving. I Smoked this fire chicken for two hours over pecan and hickory. Total cook time was 4.5 hrs at between 275-350. It was very tasty and impressed the fam. Now flip us the bird and show yours!
