My gasser is Weber Q 2200, received as a safety award. Pretty great grill at times, here’s a night’s supper with homemade Italian sausage, taters, and onions.

Nice sear!  My genesis doesn’t even come close to that good of a sear. Hence why it mainly just holds my beer while I cook on kettles.

In terms of food there's nothing on my ole Falcon MK V gasser but I now cook with GrillGrates instead of the PCI grates that came on it.  Y'all oughta try some if ya like grill marks.
