Hi Everyone
Nick from Carlisle in the UK here. Have been barbecuing for 20 or so years and had a few grills starting with cheap garden centre ones graduating to a Mecco Swinger when I got a little more serious. Had a dalliance with a gasser for a few years but came back to charcoal 5 or so years ago with a Mastertouch 22”. Scratched an itch I’d had for years last week when I finally got my hands on a Summit Charcoal Grilling Center and had a big weekend of cooking. So pleased with it this far and looking forward to seeing what you guys get up to and learning all the tricks.
