NEWBIE FROM AUSTRALIA

G'day Guys,

New to the forum but have used the site previously for info.

I got hooked on Brisket after visiting family in Texas a few years back, got home, bought my first Weber and cooked my first brisket and was hooked!!

Due to having an addictive nature the collection is slowly growing ha ha. Also a big fan of collecting and restoring the early Genesis models.
