Thanks for posting the Cornbread recipe. I was at the end of a Rib cook yesterday and was trying to think of an extra side. Remembered your post and whipped up some kickass Cornbread in the 8" skillet. I cut the sugar down  (personal preference), but otherwise it was Rock Solid. Good job!

Also, second to the no temp. The mix sizzles when it hit the Preheated pan and I rotated a time or two during cooking.  Perfect!
