Bacon destruction
« on: September 29, 2020, 07:49:55 PM »
This will be a little picture heavy. Done on my SmokeFire at 400-450 for about an hour and a half. Used Kosmos honey chipotle killer bee, and blues hog all purpose seasoning. Koroger Kansas city style sauce. Turned out really good. Had cabbage and pasta salad too.

It turned out really good. Used a turkey baster to suck out a lot of the grease. Cut it like a pie. It tasted really good.
