Well Bears game and 23rd anniversary today.
On the menu for today is Raw oysters, bone-in-ham injected with apple pie moonshine, applejuice, and bacon fat topped with maple sugar, asparagus with EVOO and fresh parmesan cheese, homemade Mac and cheese with toasted Panko breadcrumbs, and biscuits. Wife made “Husband Food Cake” AKA “Angel Food Cake”, cookies, cupcakes, and mini apple pies with apples my son and his girlfriend picked last weekend.
