Just got my first charcoal grill! Had my first grill tonight just some basic salmon with honeywood BBQ sauce. Looking for simple seafood recipes of all kinds! Also tips and everything!

Congrats on your first Weber grill.

We like to grill shrimp, grouper and to blacken fish in a cast iron pan. Blackened fish needs to be a firm fish or it will fall apart. 

One of our favorites is to use an aluminum foil boat/pouch with fish, shrimp, scallops, onions, peppers, lemon, herbs, grape tomatoes, splash of white wine and butter. Serve with a side rice.

You can grill fish on the half shell too.

Welcome from Huntsville Alabama!  We were all newbies at one time, no worries.  We love grilled seafood, don’t have any super special recipes but I did find recently that the Weber  SS grill pans with open slits work very well for fish.  Got mine at Home Depot and it was perfect for our last beach trip.  Loaded it up with grouper filets and shrimp twice as well as asparagus and squash.  Just gotta keep it sprayed with pam or equivalent oil.  Enjoy your Weber education process, it’ll be fun!
