Vortex Chimichanga's
« on: September 10, 2020, 04:03:24 PM »
So the wife had hamburger that needed to be used and the kids wanted tacos. I decided to experiment with the vortex and see if flour tortillas would get crispy. A little vegetable oil does the trick. The family loved them.

Tried it again tonight. Chicken in salsa cooked in the crackpot all day. Cooked on the grill then topped with homemade cheese sauce, sour cream and Cholula hot sauce.  Super good.
