My wife and I have been cooking our way through the Weber’s Greatest Hits cookbook the last couple of years, but we’ve really stepped it up since the pandemic has kept us home.
This summer we’ve come to love the recipe for hot, sweet, and sticky chicken wings. They’re the perfect blend of sweet and spicy but not overpowering—even my three and five year olds love these.
I marinated these for five hours, seared them on direct and then finished on indirect for about 20 minutes. Delicious as always!
