Sunday night pizza cook

Build your own pizza night..  small pizzas..8-10 inches... Baked on kettle pizza que...temp held at 700 for over 90 minutes....first pizzas took 6-7 minutes... The last 2 took 8-9 minutes..last one was two pizzas cooked as one, flipped and turned 1/2 way through

How are you measuring these temps? I don't think my probes are rated that high. Is this an IR on the stone?

It is the thermometer that comes on the attachment...it is near level with the stone...probably not the most accurate, but gives general idea of temp.  The pic shows the temp approaching 700 here, but not quite there yet.

Thank you.  I think that was the first time in a little over a year...i don't know why we don't do that more...it is always a hit.
