Roasted Salsa on the 26er last night

Took advantage of the hot grill after the burgers to cook up some roasted veggies for salsa.

Looks like bell peppers, jalapeno, poblano and Anaheim.
Bell peppers I knew. Thanks for the others. I want to use some dried Anaheim in a salsa soon

You inspired me. I took advantage of a hot grill last night after cooking steak. Roasted vegetables and made salsa.

My family loves the roasted flavor.  I use Roma tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, onion, Hatch and Anaheim chilies as well as Jalape񯳮  Then I just put cilantro, kosher salt and fresh lime in a food processor.
