White Sox lineup and kettle fried hooters.
« on: August 09, 2020, 04:13:10 PM »
So a couple of years ago my wife went to the Sox game and won the split the pot raffle for like 6 grand. She wanted a deck so we built one and dedicated it to theWhite Sox. After getting in to Weber collecting I scored the genesis for free and just picked up the performer for $100. It was barely used. The one touch was froze up and ashes up to the burner tube. The guy said his wife didn’t like cooking on it. No wonder because I don’t think they ever opened the vents or cleaned the ash out.

On to the food, kettle fried hooters and ultimate tots. We couldn’t fit the tots on with the vortex in so we air fried them and then heated the cheese on the genesis. It’s smelling good here. Here some pics before dinner.

Last few pics. Wings were awesome but definitely not as crispy as deep fried.
