What is the number after "Profile" on the main forum page (not app)

Just wondering what the number is next to "Profile" on the main forum page.  Mine seems to be climbing and not sure what it pertains to.

When using my desktop computer on the website, I hit forum and under the main banner there are a group of links....Slow N Sear, Age guide and so on.  Profile has a [21] beside it on mine.  Just curious about what that means.

mine does not have a number beside it ? over to the right is message count but that is all I have on mine ? maybe it is your Weber IQ and you are getting smarter LOL @Troy may know

that is the counts when someone tags your user name, go to your profile info click on your profile info scroll down to mentions
